For about the last 12 years or so, BCD has been publishing a monthly technical update, originally by fax, then migrating to email. As our distribution list grew, so did the amount of information that we were including. Because the task of preparing the tech update was growing larger, we found that we were losing focus of the original objective: conveying relevant technical information as quickly as possible.
As a result we have decided to back away from the highly prepared technical updates (as much as we loved them, and all the information they’d include) and will instead be using this blog to post technical news items as soon as possible. You can either visit the site and check the blog regularly, or you can subscribe to it, to be automatically notified of new posts by email.
This is a new medium for us, at least as far as communicating with our customers, so if you have any recommendations on how we can use it most effectively, do let us know!
